1. How do I connect to a server?

Open https://grirust.ru/servers, select a server and copy its connection command. Paste it into the Rust console and press Enter.

2. Why is Steam sign-in required?

Steam confirms your SteamID64. Your Steam login, password and Steam Guard code are never shared with GRI RUST. Purchases are assigned to the signed-in user's SteamID64.

3. How do I pay for a purchase?

Choose a product, open the cart and confirm the order. The website redirects you to the secure Robokassa payment page. Fulfillment starts only after Robokassa confirms the payment to the website. Your account shows the order and payment status.

4. How are purchases delivered?

A privilege activates after payment confirmation and synchronizes with the game server. One-time resources appear in your personal warehouse and can be claimed in game with /store. The server starts a global event automatically; the buyer does not need to enter a command.

5. How does a privilege upgrade work?

When you have an active privilege, the store shows only products with a higher upgrade priority. You pay the price difference. Remaining time is preserved, and moving from 14 to 30 days adds another 16 days to the expiry date.

6. Where can I find the wipe date?

The next wipe date is displayed in the website header and on the selected server page. The server also publishes announcements before scheduled maintenance.

7. What should I do if payment succeeded but the purchase is missing?

Check the order in your account. If fulfillment has not completed, email contact@grirust.ru and include your SteamID64, order number and approximate payment time. Never send your Steam password or Steam Guard code.
