1. Operator and acceptance
This is a public offer by self-employed Alexander Dmitrievich Grigorev, Russian Tax ID 470605097392, Saint Petersburg (the “Operator”), for paid digital services of the GRI RUST game server at https://grirust.ru. Contacts: contact@grirust.ru.
The buyer signs in through Steam and purchases only for their verified SteamID64. The contract is concluded when the buyer accepts the current documents on the website and Robokassa confirms payment. Product name, contents, price, term and fulfillment method are shown before payment.
2. Services
Services include time-limited privileges, privilege upgrades, one-time game resources and global server events. A Kit is not sold separately and is available only through an active privilege. Digital services are not money, investments or ownership of server software.
3. Ordering and payment
Each purchase is assigned only to the verified SteamID64 of the user who placed the order and cannot be transferred to another account. Payment is processed on Robokassa; GRI RUST does not receive or store full bank card details. A browser redirect does not confirm payment: fulfillment starts only after the signed Robokassa server notification. An electronic receipt is provided according to applicable Russian tax rules and the configured receipt service.
4. Fulfillment
Privileges usually appear in the account within a few minutes after payment confirmation. An upgrade charges the displayed price difference and retains the current expiry date unless the product page states otherwise. One-time resources remain in the player’s delivery queue until the game server confirms actual delivery. Kits are claimed with /kit while the granting privilege is active. Server events are started automatically under the limits stated on their product page.
5. Cancellation and liability
Cancellation, failed fulfillment and refunds are governed by https://grirust.ru/legal/refunds and mandatory Russian consumer law. Requests must include the order number and SteamID64 and be sent to contact@grirust.ru. The Operator does not waive mandatory consumer rights. Steam outages, the buyer’s network, account restrictions and rule violations may prevent use where the cause is outside the Operator’s control.
6. Data and disputes
Personal data is processed under https://grirust.ru/legal/privacy. Russian law applies. Claims may be sent to contact@grirust.ru; the buyer retains all statutory rights to contact regulators or courts.
