A privilege starts when it appears in the player account and its term begins; an upgrade starts when the active tier is replaced; one-time resources are delivered only after the game server confirms actual delivery; and a server event starts at the time shown in the account. Pending or scheduled states are not completed fulfillment.

Before fulfillment starts, the buyer may request cancellation and a refund subject to the actual technical status and mandatory Russian law. For failed delivery, send the order number, SteamID64, product and error details to contact@grirust.ru. GRI RUST may safely retry delivery or restore the agreed term; if fulfillment is impossible or materially defective, a refund or other statutory remedy applies. A paid event rejected by the server is marked as requiring a refund and is never silently treated as fulfilled.

For a partially used time-limited service, a refund review may account for the period and functions actually supplied and only order-specific expenses that the Provider can document. The user receives an email explanation of the original amount, the supplied part, any included expenses and the resulting refund. For example, using part of a 30-day privilege does not automatically allow retention of the full price; the result depends on the actual circumstances and applicable law, not a universal preset formula. Rule violations, Steam outages or the buyer’s network do not constitute provider-side non-delivery where the service was properly supplied.
